Barks Tech strives to build every headphone with the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship. However, sometimes there are occurrences of a mistake or defect.
Headphones Limited Lifetime Warranty
Barks Tech warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. We make no other warranty, express or implied, and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which exceeds the foregoing warranty is hereby disclaimed.
If you're in a classroom setting, we recommend teaching your students to treat their headphones like their favorite toy, or a pair of sunglasses. Keep them in a safe place when not in use. It's best not to wrap the cords around the headphones for storage if possible. This can lead to damaged cords if wrapped too tightly. All warranty claims are subject to Barks Tech authorization and at our sole discretion. We require a photo of any defects or damaged units to process a warranty or replacement request as this helps provide us feedback and saves on shipping costs.
Additionally, we're only able to replace headphones from an original purchase. In most situations we will not be able to replace replacements. Replacements are typically not granted after 12 months, as issues or defects tend to show up when first used, or within the first couple of months. Within reason, our limited lifetime warranty does not cover usual wear and tear from everyday use. However, please get in touch with any additional issues and we'll be happy to address them for you!
In addition to registering your warranty, you'll also be signed up for our newsletter, which includes periodic updates, news, sales and exclusive giveaways. You're welcome to unsubscribe from this newsletter at anytime and it won't affect your warranty. We like to give back as much as we can to our returning customers.
For orders purchased through Amazon, we prefer if customers make a return with Amazon directly within the designated return period. This is the simplest and most affordable option.
In certain circumstances, we will work with customers to accept orders back directly. However, the customer will be required to pay return shipping and a restocking fee.
If you're interested in receiving a sample of our headphones before making a bulk order, please fill out our sample request form. Samples are given out at our discretion and are only shipped within the United States at this time. Please only request a sample with the intention of purchasing in the future. We love building long-term business relationships with our customers!
Once the sample form is filled out, we'll follow up to collect your personal information for shipping purposes and use it to send you a headphone sample. We'll continue to follow up with you via email during the process. You're not signing up for any kind of newsletter when requesting a sample.
